📦 1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after full payment confirmation.

  • Orders are directly fulfilled from trusted suppliers via Meesho, so processing is synced with vendor schedules.


⏱️ 2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery (India): 5 to 10 business days

  • Delivery times may vary based on:

    • Product availability

    • Delivery location (metro vs. remote areas)

    • Courier partner delays or holidays

Note: You’ll be notified via WhatsApp or Email once your order is shipped, along with a tracking link.


🌍 3. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship PAN India.

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

📮 6. Delays and Exceptions

  • Delays can occur due to:

    • Courier disruptions

    • High-demand seasons (festivals, sales)

    • Natural disasters or political conditions

  • If we anticipate a significant delay, we will proactively contact you.


🔙 7. Missed Deliveries

  • Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.

  • If undelivered after 3 attempts, the product will be returned to the supplier, and refund (if applicable) will be processed after deduction of reverse shipping charges.
